New Board of Directors at Orlando

A Big Thanks to all the past board members..and welcome to all the new members..Look foward to 2008'                          

Competion Congress ( Orlando 2007)

Just got back from competion congress had a few orlando regulars there.

Dawn Payne, Brian Isaacson, Debbie Green, Joe Evan, Laurie Bayles, Jeremy Payne, Pat Marchese, Traci Marchese, Mike Marchese, Amber Marchese, Tony Lehman, Nick Robbins, Roberto Silva,

Pretty good turn out .

I have to say this year event was well organize, The binders, notebooks, and all that candy on the table.  Knowing that we we're using our laptops plenty of electric plug ins we're available. That was nice . 50/50 was going around they always pick two winners 50% to one 50% to the other. Afterwards we had a Dinner at Mystery sleuth diner or something like that. Actors came out put on a play, somebody got killed and we had to find out who did it. Each table had a spokes person and got to ask one question (clue) then your food was brought, out you ate and discussed who did it. It was alot of fun.. Hope every year has something like that.. I'm pretty sure Kevin O'Brien from the NBL had fun..

Things that we're voted on

• Combining Classes Expert, Novice, and Rookies are now back no more 9x racing 14x. Its back to the old way.( this should be good for some of the smaller race groups

• Still running Mains, The New Program runs mains fine. But a rule on Two moto vs. Three moto and the Main.  Sunday thru Thursday on a School night Two moto transfer and a main. All other nights or days Three motos and a main. With the exception that the Track Director can make a call to run two  motos depending on time or weather,

• Also: On Big Races; Any motorize vehicle/cart/scooter, will not be permitted unless authorized by track to to so.

• Team Vending; is permitted but needs approvals of SSA and Track

Looking forward to using the new program and going back to the old way of combining motos.

 FYI Did you check out the Pro_Am Open last month.. Check out the Video from Joe Evans. C.J. Mcguire took first place. and I hear might run some races this year .Should be a fun summer. It will surely be HOT !!
